Our development center at PM°DM in Villingen-Schwenningen (Germany) guarantees compliance with international standards. Upon request, we will arrange to have acceptance testing conducted for you by an accredited testing laboratory. Among other things, our service spectrum comprises interference radiation and interference resistance measurements, preparation of a certified test report as a basis for homologation, approvals and CE labeling as well as interference suppression and consulting during the development phase (circuit, layout, design and engineering optimization).

Electrical Tests

Our service spectrum also includes harmonic (wave) analyses, temperature measurements, interference and noise voltage, as well as efficiency analyses.

Thermal Simulation

The ever increasing performance density is associated with mounting problems related to equipment cooling. During the development phase, thermal simulations with state-of-the-art computer software provide us with crucial information about airflow distribution as well as air and component temperature, which not only eliminates the need for thermal redesigns, but also facilitates shorter development times and optimized equipment cooling.

We offer our customers complete system solutions:
A combination of fans / heat sinks / power supplies in conjunction with optimal layout and dimensioning, tailored precisely to the customer’s equipment.

Ball Bearing Support

Our development and testing laboratory in Langen (Germany) provides application-specific consulting in conjunction with detailed testing procedures.

Motor Support  

Our "PMDM" design and development center in Villingen-Schwenningen (Germany) closely cooperates with the development centers in the USA and Japan. Moreover, PMDM is also supported by our laboratories in France and Great Britain, which enables us to provide a complete package of in-house design, development, prototyping and small lot series production in accordance with our customers’ requirements. In addition, PMDM also develops and manufactures any devices and production equipment required for series production.
